Medicare D concerns

The Medicare D program is no better than its lobbyist creators allowed it to be. As a member of a 700+ Senior Center which I have been the IT administrator for, I have listened to many Senior Citizens whose valid complaints have no answer under Medicare D Legislation. I am a previous Social Worker advocating for the Senior Citizens in Vermont. From Maine to Hawaii, those United States' citizens who have benefits (benefits?) legislated under the Medicare Part D legislation continue to be poorly served/
